UW Takes 2nd At Pac-12s; Novice & 2V8+ Win Gold

Washington’s No. 6-ranked women’s rowing team finished second at the 2023 Pac-12 Championships Sunday at Dexter Lake, earning wins in the second varsity eight and novice eight finals. No. 4-ranked Stanford won the team title for the second year in a row, with 43.5 points.

Husky Men Beat Australia To Win Windermere Cup

The Washington men’s rowing team regained the Windermere Cup with a victory over Australia Saturday in the 37th annual event on Montlake Cut. In total, the Husky men won all four of their races during the Opening Day Regatta, including the marquee race against a crew of experienced international oarsmen from Australia.
