Season Kickoff Banquet

Alumni, families and friends are invited to kick off the season at the Washington Rowing Banquet.

Schedule of Events

  • 5 p.m.–6:45 p.m.: Cocktail reception with hosted bar and light appetizers at Conibear Shellhouse
  • 7 p.m.: Banquet and program in the Don James Center @ Husky Stadium

If needed, complimentary shuttle service will be provided between the venues

Evening Program

  • Season preview from head coaches, Yaz Farooq and Michael Callahan
  • Feature Presentation: George Pocock and the Traditions of Washington Rowing
  • Varsity Boat Club induction ceremony

IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING TICKETS

  • General registration TBD. Contact Fred Fox at fredfox@windermere.com to inquire about tickets.
  • Tickets are all “will call.” No physical tickets will be issued; names of registered guests will be on the guest list at registration.

Volunteers Needed

If you can provide several hours of your time on the day of the banquet, Fred Fox could use some help.

Parking

  • E-18 – $10 (cash only; pay on entry) – this is the lot north of the Shellhouse & Husky Ballpark
  • Limited E-8 parking adjacent to the Shellhouse available with Benefactor ticket
