The senior men and junior women won the featured races Saturday at the Washington rowing program’s 118th Class Day Regatta on Montlake Cut.
The traditional beginning of the UW’s spring rowing season comes this Saturday, March 23, with the 118th Class Day Regatta. Racing on the Montlake Cut begins at 10:00 a.m. PT.
The UW men’s and women’s rowing teams, both ranked No. 2 in the preseason rankings, got the season underway at the Lake Las Vegas Invitational Saturday. The UW women won three races vs. USC while the men won a pair of races vs. Cornell.
