Pac-12 Network: Washington Sweeps Pac-12 Men’s and Women’s Rowing Championship

For the first time since 1997 WASHINGTON claimed the Pac-12 Men’s and Women’s Rowing Championship. On the men’s side, Washington collected 72 team points for the title, winning three of the four scoring races. CALIFORNIA came close in second place with 65 points and OREGON STATE totaled 50 points to round out the podium placing.

The PBS series “American Experience” will air an hour-long documentary on “The Boys in the Boat,” the 1936 Washington crew that won Olympic Gold, made famous by the best-selling book by Daniel James Brown on Tuesday, Aug. 2, at 9:00 p.m.
